For children, each gardening activity can be an adventure that leads to the discovery of an amazing new aspect of the garden environment. Gardening is also an opportunity to learn diverse practical and intellectual skills. Even activities that may seem dull to students, such as weeding, can become exciting, when they are asked the right questions.

Benefits of Play for Children

For children play is hard work. What may seem like fun, cute or even silly activities to adults are really the ways in which babies and children learn about their world. Through play,  children explore their surroundings, understand their place in the world, develop physical, cognitive and emotional skills and learn social cues to practice their social skills.

Most children will play at the very least under adult supervision, but more likely with an adult or another child. These play activities then become opportunities for babies and children to interact with others and learn the societal rules that govern these interactions. For example,  children will learn that sharing and taking turns are encouraged, but that stealing and kicking are not. Offering children opportunities to test and hone these skills is especially important.The benefits of play for children are myriad. Play offers children the opportunity to explore the world around them, to formulate an idea of their place in the world and to develop physical, cognitive, emotional and social skills. Clearly, play for children is actually tough work!

QQ Go Green Contest

04.09.2011 - We have participated QQ Go Green Contest at Landmark Kulim, our group won for 2nd runner up and Parent group won for 1st runner up. why QQ would like to organise for Go Green contest? just because would like all the parents and teachers to alert on the global warming. things to be threw by all of us, actually we can make the recycle materials to became new products and creative art as well. below are some information about Go Green;
