Gross Motor skills involve the movement of the head, body, legs, arms and large muscles. Every child follows a universal as well as a unique timetable of development. For preschool children’s muscles grow stronger and their physical coordination improves. They can throw a ball without losing their balance, hop on one foot and run more smoothly.
Fine motor skills, the skills that involve small body movements. Activities such as pouring water (QQ practical life), drawing, assembling a puzzle, writing and playing a musical instrument all involve fine muscle coordination and control. As with Gross Motor skills, this development is a continuous and gradual process. The development of fine motor skills also follows a universal sequence but each child has his or her own individual timetable. Parents and educators just helps them to success the tasks.

For 4 years old children, teachers need to plan more difficult lesson to them, children need to throw the ball into basket and for 5 years old children they are plan to run with zip zap to master their gross motor skills. Then for children who 6 years old, they need to achieve their task with one leg only. the important is children are happy to carry out the physical education are planned by teachers.
