Children need a wide range of nutritious foods, with high intake of important minerals and vitamins such as protein and calcium. If your child's intake of good food is poor, they can fail to gain or lose weight. This may be followed by failure to grow taller.

2011 In house Sport Day
哈哈哈。。。一年一度的运动会终于在29好7月完成。由于今年决定在星期五举办运动会，所以白老师不好意思的要求家长们出席，一旦要家长们出席在星期五的活动，家长们必须要向公司请假。所以今年就在没有家长们参与之下进行。
一向来，QQ的运动会大多数以趣味活动为主，年龄越大，趣味游戏的难度越高，所以家长们都可以在照片中观察。小天使们都尽力而为，大家都为自己争取个人賽的第一面奖牌。除了个人賽，还有就是为班级賽的环节，看小天使们的team work是否一致。有的小瓜在知道班级赛落选后，开始哭泣！哈哈。。。白老师只有劝告他们比赛必有输和赢。失败了，明年再来吧！
